Within the Sandberg Development group, significant value is placed on internal expertise. Just like our sister company Aimpoint, GAIM possesses extensive internal knowledge in hunting and sport shooting. But we believe there is always room for improvement! 

2025 has been a year dedicated to internal development, and we are delighted to announce that three of our colleagues successfully earned their hunting licenses earlier this year. This achievement gives us deeper insights into our customers and their needs. 

Additionally, four of our colleagues have completed a certified course in pistol shooting and safe firearm handling. This enhances our ability to understand the specific needs of sport shooters and their training requirements.
