Wir versenden mit UPS in Europa und Nordamerika. Innerhalb Schwedens wird GAIM mit DHL versendet.

Probieren Sie GAIM gerne aus. Sie werden nicht enttäuscht sein. Sind Sie dennoch nicht zufrieden mit Ihrem Kauf, haben Sie das Recht, das Produkt bis zu 14 Tage nach Erhalt ohne Angabe von Gründen in einwandfreiem Zustand zurückzugeben. Wir akzeptieren keine Rücksendungen von Software.

EU:
The Customer is entitled to cancel its purchase without stating any reason within fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of the Product. In such case, the Customer shall return the Product within fourteen (14)calendar days from the date that the Customer exercised its right of withdrawal. We do not accept returns of software. All accessories must be included with the return. If the Customer cancels the purchase, GAIM will refund the amount that the Customer has paid, excluding fees for payment methods and delivery costs.

USA:
The Customer may cancel its purchase for any reason within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of the order confirmation. In such case, the Customer shall return the Product within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of initiating a return. If the Customer cancels the purchase, GAIM will refund the amount that the Customer has paid, excluding fees for payment methods, return handling and delivery costs, within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of approval of the return or the presentation of a delivery receipt. We do not accept returns of software. Please note that the Customer is responsible for the cost and risk of the return.
