No, you need to buy a Meta Quest Headset separately. GAIM is compatible with Meta Quest 3 & Meta Quest 3S.
What do I need to use GAIM x Blaser?
You need a compatible Blaser R8, the GAIM x Blaser conversion kit and a Meta Quest headset.
No computer or external sensors are required. Once everything is set up, you can train wherever you have enough space to use the system safely. You can also cast the VR view to a compatible TV or screen so others can follow your training.
Which Blaser R8 rifles are compatible?
The GAIM x Blaser kit is designed for the Blaser R8 platform. However, it is not compatible with R8 barrels equipped with Quick Acquisition Sights at the front of the barrel.

How realistic is training with GAIM x Blaser?
Because you train with your own Blaser R8, you retain the familiar weight, balance, ergonomics and setup of your rifle. GAIM combines this with realistic ballistics and hunting scenarios in VR.
You can also choose to cycle the action between shots, allowing you to practice not only the shot itself but the complete shooting sequence.
Is it safe to use my Blaser R8 for VR training?
The GAIM x Blaser system is designed specifically for training. Each kit includes a bolt replacement that is used in place of the rifle’s bolt while training.
Always make sure the rifle is completely unloaded and follow the setup and safety instructions provided with the GAIM x Blaser kit before starting a training session.
Can I keep my scope and accessories mounted?
Yes. One of the main advantages of GAIM x Blaser is that you can train with your own setup. Your optics and other compatible accessories can remain mounted, helping you maintain the familiar handling and balance of your hunting rifle.
The Meta Quest controller is mounted to the barrel to track the rifle in VR.
